DÜSSELDORF, GERMANY (Sept. 7, 12:45 p.m. ET) -- About 3,100 exhibitors from 57 countries will present their products and services at the K 2010 trade show, set for Oct. 27-Nov. 3 in Düsseldorf.
For the first time, exhibitors from Armenia, Chile, Indonesia, Pakistan and Vietnam will participate in the show.
Germany is the top nation for K exhibitors, with some 1,058 representatives and a net exhibit area of 707,600 square feet. Italy is second with more than 400 companies and net space of 294,900 square feet.
Also strongly represented among the European countries will be Austria (87,200 square feet), Switzerland (65,600 square feet), France (53,800 square feet) and the Netherlands (45,200 square feet).
Some 115 companies from the United States will take part, occupying some 48,400 square feet of exhibition space.
Other key nations represented include China (72,100 square feet), Taiwan (57,000 square feet), India (48,400 square feet) and Turkey (30,100 square feet).
